Jose Luis Morales, 59, of Brownsville, passed away on Thursday, March 21, 2024, at his residence in Brownsville.

Jose Luis Morales was born in Brownsville, TX, to Benita Lugo and Jose Guadalupe Morales on October 5, 1964. He was preceded in death by his father, Jose Guadalupe Morales.

Jose is survived by his wife, Basti R. Morales; children, Talia Wolfe (Eulalio), and Dalayne De La Rosa; mother, Benita L. Morales; siblings, Ricardo Cruz, Jose Angel Cruz, Patricia Morales, Maria Elena Morales Moreno, and Marisela Esquivel.

Visitation will be held from 4:00 pm - 9:00 pm with an evening service at 7:00 pm Monday, March 25th at Garza Memorial Funeral Home. Funeral service will be held at 10:00 am Tuesday, March 26th, 2024, at Garza Memorial Funeral Home. Committal will follow at Guillen Community Cemetery.
