Abelardo Rodriguez

Abelardo Rodriguez, 63, of Brownsville, passed away on Friday, September 27, 2019, at Valley Baptist Medical Center-Brownsville.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Juan Rodriguez and Evangelina Torres; sisters, Eva Celina Villamor, and Judith Ann Villamor.

Abelardo Rodriguez is survived by his sister, Maria R. Hernandez; uncle, Baldomero Torres; aunt, Elia Lehn; nieces and nephews, Veronica Hernandez, Juan Robert Hernandez, Jr., Judith Mallyveen Medrano, Refugia Beth Lehn; and numerous other relatives.

Visitation will be held from 12 noon to 9 pm with a Rosary at 7 pm on Sunday, September 29, 2019, at Garza Memorial Funeral Home. Chapel Service will be held at 10 am on Monday, September 30, 2019, at Garza Memorial Funeral Home. Cremation will follow.
