Delia M. Phillips

Delia M. Phillips, 84, of Brownsville, passed away on Sunday, May 27, 2018, at Valley Baptist Medical Center- Brownsville.

She is preceded in death by husband, Spencer O. Phillips, parents, Ernesto and María Luisa Manzano, and siblings, Oralia M Guzmán, Violeta M. Carrasco and Judith Manzano.

Delia is survived by a sister, Lydia M. Besteiro and several nephews and nieces.

Visitation will be 3 pm- 9 pm Wednesday, May 30, 2018, with the recitation of Holy Rosary at 7 pm at Garza Memorial Funeral Home.

Funeral services will be held 10 am Thursday, May 31, 2018, at Our Lady Guadalupe Catholic Church. Committal service will follow at Buena Vista Burial Park.
