Ercilia Catalina (Ramirez) Robles

Ercilia Catalina Robles, 65, of Brownsville, passed away on Thursday, July 18, 2019, at Solara Hospital in Brownsville.

Ercilia Catalina Robles was born in Brownsville, TX to Irene and Alfonso G. Ramirez on December 18, 1953. She worked as an instructional aid for over 35 years at BISD. Was a very dedicated mother and wonderful grandmother, strong, independent, who love nature, the outdoors, and to be spontaneous. She will be dearly missed and always in our hearts till we meet again.

She is preceded in death by her parents Alfonso G. and Irene Ramirez; a sister, Emily Hyde; grandchildren, Michael Sauceda III, and Scarlett Sauceda.

Ercilia Catalina Robles is survived by her daughters, Lily Ann and Melissa Ann Robles; sisters, Yolanda (Robert) Rodriguez, Ana Maria (Vicente) Cisneros, Mary Lou (David) Guerrero; cousins, Letty Hinojosa and Ana Sotomayor; 6 grandchildren, and 3 great-grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives.

Memorial Service will be held at 1:00 pm on July 24, 2019, at Garza Memorial Funeral Home.
