HERMINIO PORTALES, 61, passed away on Friday, April 27, 2018, at Valley Regional Medical Center in Brownsville, Tx.

He is preceded in death by his father, Juan Francisco Navarro and his mother Juana Portales.

He is survived by his wife, Maria Clara Portales; sons, Ricardo Ernesto (Juana Maria) Portales, Juan Francisco Portales; a daughter, Leticia Mercedes Escobar. 9 grandchildren and numerous other relatives.

Visitation will be from 11:00 am to 9:00 pm with a chapel service at 7:00 pm Tuesday, May 1, 2018. All local services will conclude at the end of the visitation, he will be transferred to El Salvador.
