Isabel Almaraz Ruiz

Isabel Almaraz Ruiz, 91, passed away on Thursday, June 7, 2018, at Valley Regional Medical Center in Brownsville, Tx.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Guadalupe S. Almaraz and Guadalupe Salazar; son, Ricky Ruiz; 2 brothers, Jose R. and David Almaraz; and nephew, David Almaraz, Jr.

Isabel is survived by her nephews and nieces, Ruben Almaraz, Joe Almaraz, Enedina A. Rodriguez, Joe Daniel Rodriguez, James Almaraz, Lydia Rose Rodriguez, Erica Renee Rangel, Marlon Wayne Shears, Berta Almaraz, Perla Rodriguez, Genoveva, Gloria, Gracie, and Guadalupe Almaraz; and numerous other family members.

Visitation will be held from 12 pm to 9 pm with a prayer service at 7 pm on Sunday, June 10, 2018, at Garza Memorial Funeral Home.  Funeral Service will be held at 10 am on Monday, June 11, 2018, at Garza Memorial Funeral Home.  Committal will follow at La Palma Cemetery.
