Anthony James Davila, 46, of Brownsville, passed away on Sunday, August 13, 2023, at his residence in Brownsville.

Anthony James Davila was born in Brownsville, TX, to Maria Guadalupe Gonzalez and Emilio M. Davila on July 6, 1977. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandmother, Fernanda Gonzalez; grandparents, Emilio Davila and Maria Antonia Davila; aunts, Rachel Lopez, and Olga Gonzalez.

He is survived by his parents, Emilio M. and Maria Guadalupe Davila; brothers, Emilio Davila III, and Jason "Jesse" Davila; sister, Olivia Marie Davila; nephews, Jordan Jason Davila, Lee Michael Gonzalez, and Nicholas Anthony Gonzalez.

Visitation will be held from 4:00 pm - 9:00 pm with a Rosary at 7:00 pm on Friday, August 18th, 2023, at Garza Memorial Funeral Home. All services will conclude after visitation. Cremation to follow.
