Antonio V. Garcia, 74, of Brownsville, passed away on Sunday, July 9, 2023, at his residence in Brownsville, TX.

Antonio V. Garcia was born in Raymondville, TX, to Teresa Villarreal and Jose Garcia on June 13, 1949.

He was preceded in death by one son, Antonio Garcia Jr; his parents, Jose and Teresa Garcia; and two brothers, Jose Garcia Jr., and Jose Guadalupe Perez.

He is survived by his wife Udelia Garcia; four children, Graciela Garcia, Juan F.Garcia, Eduardo Garcia (Christy), and Jesus M. Garcia; nineteen grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and three siblings, Teresa Garcia, Angelita Pineda, and Raul Garcia; and numerous other relatives.

Visitation will be held from 4:00 PM - 9:00 PM, with a Rosary at 6:00 PM Sunday, July 16th, 2023, at Garza Memorial Funeral Home.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Monday, July 17th, 2023, at Garza Memorial Funeral Home. Committal will follow at Buena Vista Burial Park.
