Easter Avila Reyna

Easter Avila Reyna, 73, of Brownsville, passed away on Saturday, February 22, 2025, at Sunshine Haven Inc. in Olmito.

She enjoyed spending time with her family, playing loteria, cooking, singing and dancing; she was always the life of the party, and everywhere she went someone always knew her.

Easter was preceded in death by her mother, Juana Avila and her sister, Crisanta Serrata.

She is survived by her husband, Hector Ramiro Reyna of 49 years of marriage; 3 daughters, Dorina Lee Reyna, Laura (Ismael) Reyna Olivares, and Nancy Ann (Charlie) Reyna; 4 brothers, Jimbo, Turi, Donny, and Manuel; 3 sisters, Mely, Vita, Bibi; 4 grandchildren and numerous other relatives.

Visitation will be held from 2:30 pm - 5:00 pm with a Rosary at 2:30 pm and Celebration of Life will begin at 3:00 pm Sunday, March 2nd, 2025, at Garza Memorial Funeral Home. All services will conclude after visitation at 5:00 pm
