Elvira Villafranca

Elvira Villafranca, 62, of Brownsville, passed away on Tuesday, November 12, 2024, at her residence in Brownsville.

She was preceded in death by her parents: Delia Villarreal and Juan Antonio Duque; a son, Eleazar Villafranca, Jr.; and her sister, Nora Evelia Duque.

Elvira is survived by her son, Edmind Villafranca (Mary), and her daughter, Lorena Lozano (David); 3 sisters: Juana Maria Duque, Silvia Margarita Duque, and Olga Delia Delgado; and 7 grandchildren.

Visitation will be held from 2:00 pm - 9:00 pm with a Prayer Service at 7:00 pm Monday, November 18, 2024, at Garza Memorial Funeral Home. Funeral Service will be held at 10:00 am Tuesday, November 19, 2024, at Garza Memorial Funeral Home. Committal will follow at Rose Lawn Memorial Gardens.
