Ester Esparza

Ester Esparza, born on January 28, 1957, in Brownsville, Texas, was a remarkable woman whose life was defined by love, family, and faith. As the daughter of Nicolas Esparza and Gregoria Pina, Ester cherished her roots and instilled strong values in her family.
She was a devoted mother to her 2 children: Esmeralda Delgado, and Juan Esparza. Ester took immense pride in being a grandmother to her 4 beloved grandchildren: Pamela Alexiz Esparza, Ashley Marie Esparza, Juan Miguel Esparza Jr., and Amanda Lizeth Delgado.
Ester's deep faith in God guided her through life's ups and downs, providing her peace and purpose. She enjoyed her hobbies, often driving to local stores like Dollar Tree and Goodwill, where she loved finding great deals. A true BINGO enthusiast, Ester relished the thrill of the game and the camaraderie it brought with her family. Known for her sweet tooth, her loved ones recognized her fondness for Hershey's chocolates. Additionally, she particularly liked Coke and peanuts, often enjoying them together as a delightful treat.
Ester Esparza's legacy lives on through her family and the cherished memories they created, reflecting the love and joy she brought into their lives. She will always be remembered for her unwavering faith, vibrant spirit, and the warmth she shared with everyone around her.

Ester was preceded in death by her beloved parents, Nicolas and Gregoria Esparza, along with five siblings: Juanita Esparza, Yolanda Cuellar, Antonio Esparza, Nicolas Esparza Jr., Reynaldo Esparza, and Paula Alvear.
She is lovingly survived by her children, Esmeralda Delgado (Danny), and Juan M. Esparza (Bel Zuniga), as well as her dear siblings Maria Inez Guajardo, Elena Borjas, Gregoria Alaniz, Francisco Esparza, and Maria de la Luz Castro. Her grandchildren, including Pamela Alexiz Esparza, Ashley Marie Esparza, Juan Miguel Esparza Jr., and Amanda Lizeth Delgado, will carry on her legacy of love and warmth.

Visitation will be held at Garza Memorial Funeral Home on Wednesday, November 20, from 1 pm to 9 pm, with a prayer service at 7 pm. Services will conclude after the visitation.
