Felipe Barrera Villarreal, 62, of Port Isabel, passed away on Wednesday, September 23, 2020, at Valley Regional Medical Center in Brownsville.

Felipe Barrera Villarreal was born in Brownsville, TX to Francisca Barrera and Jesus Villarreal on August 8, 1958.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Jesus and Francisca Villarreal; siblings, Alberto Francisco, Jesus, Jr., Antonio, Armando, Yolanda, and Lidia.

Felipe is survived by his son, Felipe (Elizabeth) Zamora Villarreal Jr.; daughters, Melissa (Carlos) Ramirez, and Melinda Villarreal; siblings, Santos, Enrique, Alfredo, Luis, Orlando, Maria, Diana, Dora, and Maria Villarreal; 7 grandchildren, Dezyree, Destiny, Devine, Hailey, Kaylee, Dominic, and Devin.

Visitation will be held from 4pm to 9pm Sunday, September 27th, 2020 at Garza Memorial Funeral Home. All services will conclude after visitation.
