Gloria Rodriguez Fuentes

Gloria R. Fuentes, 92, of Brownsville, passed away on Wednesday, October 26, 2022, at her residence in Brownsville.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Jose Maria Rodriguez and Zenaida Alvarez; husband, Ismael V. Fuentes; and brother, Jose Maria Rodriguez.

Gloria R. Fuentes is survived by her children, Maria Magdalena (Andres) Parra, Ismael (Refugia) Fuentes, Jr., Norma Fuentes, Oscar (Modesta) Fuentes, Irasema (Juan) Garcia, Hilda (Seferino) Aguilar, and Gloria (Daniel) Saldaña; sister, Ana Maria Rodriguez; 21 grandchildren, 32 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great-grandchild.

Visitation will be held from 3:00 pm - 9:00 pm, with a Rosary at 7:00 pm on Monday, October 31st, 2022, at Garza Memorial Funeral Home. Funeral Mass will be held at 10:00 am on Tuesday, November 1st, 2022, at St. Eugene De Mazenod Catholic Church. Committal will follow at Buena Vista Burial Park.
