Isaias Gutierrez

Isaias Gutierrez, 85, of Brownsville, passed away on Tuesday, June 3, 2025, at Valley Regional Medical Center in Brownsville.

Isaias Gutierrez was born in Port Isabel, TX, to Guadalupe Casares and Eugene Gutierrez on July 17, 1939.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Guadalupe Montalvo; one son, Nathan Gutierrez, and his parents, Guadalupe and Eugene Gutierrez.

He is survived by eight children, George Isaias Gutierrez , John David Gutierrez, Andrew Gutierrez, Abel Gutierrez, Joseph Anton Gutierrez, Isaiah Gutierrez, Ramon Edward Hernandez, and Carlos Hernandez and fifteen grandchildren.,and numerous other relatives.

Visitation will be held from 2:00 PM - 9:00 PM, with an evening service at 07:00 PM Sunday, June 8, 2025, at Garza Memorial Funeral Home.

Chapel Service will be held at 12:00 PM Monday, June 9th, 2025, at Garza Memorial Funeral Home. Committal will follow at Buena Vista Burial Park.
