Jesus Hernandez, 60, of Brownsville, passed away on Wednesday, July 14, 2021, at Valley Regional Medical Center in Brownsville.

Jesus worked for HEB for 40 years.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Enrique & Maria Alba Hernandez.

Jesus Hernandez is survived by his wife, Maria Del Socorro Leal;
his son, Ivan(Kimberly) Leal; his daughter, Yvonne Michelle(Ivan) Gonzalez,
and 5 grandchildren.

Visitation will be held from 4:00 PM - 9:00 PM with a prayer service at 07:00 PM on Tuesday, July 20, 2021, at Garza Memorial Funeral Home.

Funeral services will be held at 9:00 AM, on Wednesday, July 21st, 2021, at Garza Memorial Funeral Home. Committal will follow at Roselawn Memorial Gardens.

Pallbearers will be Ivan Leal, Ivan Gonzalez, Samuel Hernandez, Jose Enrique Hernandez, Hector Ray and Javier Hernandez.
Funeral procession will be departing Garza Memorial Wed. July 21, 2021, at 10:30 a.m. to pass by the HEB Plus store on FM802 in honor of Jesus Hernandez.
