Jose Isidro Medrano was born in Brownsville, to Maria Guadalupe Medrano and Jose Isidro Medrano on May 20, 1976. He is survived by his wife, Ofelia Monarez; children, Jose Arturo, Daniel Eli, Ruben, Scarlett, and Jessica Alejandro Medrano; siblings, Margarita Martinez, Adelaida Medrano, Victor Medrano, and Felicitas Medrano; 2 grandchildren, Arturo Leonel Medrano, and Jose Elias Medrano.
