Obituary

Jose Alberto Orive, 56, of Los Fresnos, passed away on Sunday, August 20, 2023, at Valley Baptist Medical Center in Brownsville.

He is survived by his wife, Diana G. Orive; daughters, Diana Orive, and Alva Gisselle Orive; siblings: Linda Garcia, Enriqueta Garza, Concepcion Ceballos, Margarita Medina, Isabel Saldivar, Emilia Davila, Sara Hinojosa, Eduardo Orive, and Rafael Orive.

Visitation will be held from 4:00 pm - 9:00 pm with a prayer service at 7:00 pm on Thursday, August 24th, 2023, at Garza Memorial Funeral Home. Chapel Service will be held at 2:00 pm on Friday, August 25th, 2023, at Garza Memorial Funeral Home. Committal will follow at Rose Lawn Memorial Gardens.
