Jose Peñablanca

Jose Peñablanca, 66, of Brownsville, passed away on Tuesday, November 28, 2023, at Valley Regional Medical Center in Brownsville.

Jose Peñablanca was born in Tuliman, Queretaro, to Tomasa Morales and Apolonio Peñablanca on September 18, 1957.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Tomasa and Apolonio Peñablanca.

Jose Peñablanca is survived by his children: Jaime, Hugo Alberto, Brenda, Jose Heriberto, and Alexander Peñablanca; 2 brothers: Fidel and Juan Peñablanca; 2 sisters; 12 grandchildren, and 1 great-grandson.

Visitation will be held from 4:00 pm - 9:00 pm with the recitation of the Holy Rosary at 7:00 pm Thursday, November 30, 2023, at Garza Memorial Funeral Home. Chapel Service will be held at 10:00 am Friday, December 1, 2023, at Garza Memorial Funeral Home. Committal will follow at Las Rucias Memorial Cemetery.
