Juan Valdez Villarreal

Juan Valdez Villarreal, 76, of Brownsville, passed away on Friday, July 23, 2021, at Valley Baptist Medical Center in Brownsville.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Santos and Olivia Villarreal.

Juan Valdez Villarreal is survived by his wife, Celia Rodriguez Villarreal; son, Juan (Amalia) Villarreal, Jr.; daughter, Nydia Michelle Villarreal; three grandchildren, Jonnathan, Joanna, and Jenell, three great-grandchildren, Mariah, Melanie, and Mallory; two pets dogs, Pennie and Astro.

Visitation will be held from 4:00 pm - 9:00 pm with Rosary at 7:00 pm on Monday, July 26, 2021, at Garza Memorial Funeral Home. Funeral Mass will be at 2:00 pm on Tuesday, July 27, 2021, at Immaculate Conception Cathedral. Committal will follow at Rose Lawn Memorial Park.
