Kimberly Hernandez

Kimberly Hernandez, 13, of Brownsville, passed away on Monday, February 7, 2022, at Texas Children's Hospital in Houston.

She was born in Brownsville to Maria Guadalupe Torres and Victor Manuel Hernandez on April 20, 2008.

Kimberly is preceded in death by her uncle Andres Torres, Jr., and aunt, Annette Torres; paternal grandfather, Victor Hernandez.

She is survived by her mother, Maria Guadalupe Torres; father, Victor Manuel Hernandez; siblings, Melanie Torres, Sophia Hernandez, and Victoria Hernandez; maternal grandparents, Maria Guadalupe and Andres Torres; paternal grandmother, Paulina Guzman; numerous aunts, uncles, and other relatives.

Visitation will be held from 5:00 pm - 9:00 pm with Rosary at 7:00 pm on Monday, February 14, 2022, at Garza Memorial Funeral Home. Funeral Mass will be held at 11:00 am on Tuesday, February 15, 2022, at Holy Family Catholic Church. Committal will follow at Rose Lawn Memorial Gardens.
