Lucila (Armendariz) Garcia

Lucila Garcia, 75, of Brownsville, passed away on Tuesday, June 7, 2022, at Valley Baptist Medical Center in Brownsville.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Ramiro and Lucinda Armendariz; brother, Ramiro Rolando Armendariz, Jr.

Mrs. Garcia is survived by her husband, Ruben Garcia; children, Cristina Hernandez (Samuel), Ruben Garcia, Jr. (Sandra), Jaime Garcia, Melissa Cueva (Juan), and Sheila Posler; 9 grandchildren, and 8 great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held from 4:00 pm - 9:00 pm with a Rosary at 7:00 pm on Friday, June 10, 2022, at Garza Memorial Funeral Home. All services will conclude after visitation. Cremation to follow.
