Marta (Herrera) Herrera

Marta Herrera, 64, of Brownsville, passed away on Sunday, January 30, 2022, at Valley Baptist Medical Center in Brownsville. She worked at the Brownsville Fire Department for 37 years.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Guadalupe and Olivia Herrera.

Marta Herrera is survived by her brothers, Jorge Herrera, Hector Herrera, Pablo Herrera, and Israel Herrera, and her sister, Cleopatria Vasquez; seven nieces and nephews, and five grandnieces and nephews.

As per her wishes, there will be no services.
