Ramiro Castillo Jr., 77, of Brownsville, passed away on Sunday, June 30, 2024, at Valley Baptist Medical Center in Brownsville.

Ramiro Castillo Jr. was born in Brownsville, TX, to Felicitas Treviño and Ramiro Castillo on February 7, 1947.

He is survived by his wife, Angelita Castillo; children, Sandra C. Jones, Jesse Castillo, Ramiro Castillo, III, Felicitas Castillo, and Linda May; siblings, Virginia Sanchez, Roberto Castillo, Maria Guadalupe Sierra, Andres Castillo, and Raquel Castillo; grandchildren, Siebly Castillo, Jesse Brandon Castillo, Michael Ryan Castillo, Nikolas Riley Castillo, Jeffrey Jones, Jaelin Jones, Santiago Lee Garza, Samantha Nino, Kimberly Nino, Ethan Castillo, and Destiny Huicab.

Visitation will be held from 1:00 pm - 9:00 pm with a Rosary at 7:00 pm Wednesday, July 3rd, 2024 at Garza Memorial Funeral Home. All services will conclude after visitation.
