Roberto Cruz Recio, 81, of Brownsville, passed away on Tuesday, June 13, 2023, at Valley Baptist Medical Center in Brownsville.
Roberto Cruz Recio was born in Mexico, to Cleotilde Cruz and Guadalupe Recio on November 24, 1941.
He is survived by his current wife, Guadalupe Canela Velasquez; four children: Sandra, Roberto jr, Marilu, and Patricia; eleven grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held from 10:00 am - 2:00 pm with a Chapel Service at 2:00 pm on Tuesday, June 20, 2023, at Garza Memorial Funeral Home. Committal will follow at Guillen Community Cemetery.
