Rolando Ornelas

Rolando Ornelas, 65, of Brownsville, passed away on Monday, March 9, 2020, at his Residence in Brownsville.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Mariano and Maria Ornelas; son, Hernan Ornelas; and 3 brothers.

Mr. Ornelas is survived by his wife, Maria Elena Ornelas; children, Juan Miguel (Eloisa) Ornelas, Rolando (Karla) Ornelas, Jr., Jose Luis (Rosey) Ornelas, Sulema (Carlos) Ornelas, Mariano and Susana Ornelas; sisters, Blanca Rodriguez, Martha Ornelas, Julia Salinas, and Otilia Ornelas; 18 grandchildren, and 4 great-grandchildren; numerous nephews, and nieces.

Visitation will be held from 1:00 pm to 9:00 pm with a prayer service at 7:00 pm on Thursday, March 12, 2020, at Garza Memorial Funeral Home. A Chapel Service will be held at 10:00 am on Friday, March 13, 2020, at Garza Memorial Funeral Home. Private Cremation to follow.
