Seferino H. Vasquez

Seferino H. Vasquez Jr, 79, of Brownsville, passed away on Saturday, April 9, 2022, at Valley Baptist Medical Center in Brownsville.

He is preceded in death by his wife, Martha R. Vasquez; parents, Seferino and Guadalupe Vasquez; son, Rodolfo Vasquez; four great-grandchildren, Jocelyn Sanchez, Gael, Efrain, and Berenice Terrazas.

Mr. Vasquez is survived by his children; Maria Guadalupe (Noel) Espinoza, Diana (Victor) Sanchez, Roberto (Marlen) Vasquez, Veronica (Eligio) Granado, and Rolando (Edna) Vasquez; daughter-in-law, Bertha Alicia Vasquez; three sisters, Gloria Vasquez, Dolores Santillan, and Mary Lou Collins; two brothers, Guillermo, and Federico Vasquez; 18 grandchildren, and 8 great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held from 5:00 pm - 9:00 pm with a prayer service at 7:00 pm on Thursday, April 14, 2022, at Templo Damasco. Funeral service will be held at 10:00 am on Friday, April 15, 2022, at Templo Damasco, 645 W. Elizabeth st., Brownsville, TX. Committal will follow at Rose Lawn Memorial Gardens.
