Victor Hernandez Medina, 85, of Brownsville, passed away on Tuesday, August 30, 2022, at his residence in Brownsville.
He worked at Lopez Supermarkets over 20 years as a butcher.

Victor Hernandez Medina was preceded in death by his wife, Elodia Rocha Hernandez; siblings, Reme, Lupita, Chuy, and Andrea Garcia.

He is survived by his daughters, Janie Leal, Minerva Hernandez, Nancy Sly, Patricia Ruff, and Elizabeth Volkman; 9 grandchildren, and 11 great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held from 9:00 am - 12:00 noon, with a chapel service at 12:00 noon on Tuesday, September 6, 2022, at Garza Memorial Funeral Home. Committal will follow at Buena Vista Burial Park.
