Virginia A. Gonzalez

Virginia A. Gonzalez, 79, of Brownsville, passed away on Wednesday, December 6, 2023, at her residence in Brownsville.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Maria Isabel Cruz; husband, Eddie Gonzalez; a daughter, Michelle Gonzalez, and a son, Ronnie Gonzalez.

Virginia Gonzalez is survived by her daughter, Deborah Ann Lozano, and her son Eddie Gonzalez, Jr.; 9 grandchildren: Samantha, Jacqueline, Alexandra, Enrique, Ian Ronnie, Naomi, Ryan, Jaden, and Shawn; 4 great-grandchildren: Pepe Jared, Anaira, Sienna, and Kane.

Visitation will be held from 4:00 pm - 9:00 pm with the recitation of the Holy Rosary at 7:00 pm Wednesday, December 13th, 2023, at Garza Memorial Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 am Thursday, December 14th, 2023, at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church. Committal will follow at Buena Vista Burial Park.
