**In Loving Memory of Zenaida Rodriguez**

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Zenaida Rodriguez, 53, a beloved mother, grandmother, sister, and friend, who left us on Wednesday, November 5, 2025, at her home in Brownsville, Texas.
Born on January 11, 1972, in Brownsville to Zenaida Garcia and Alberto Rodriguez, Zenaida brought joy and warmth to all who knew her. She had a contagious passion for life, evident in her love for fishing and her favorite television shows, "Friends" and "Reba." Zenaida cherished her time spent with her grandchildren, and her vibrant spirit shone brightly at family gatherings, especially when dancing the night away.

Zenaida had a unique way of spreading kindness and joy. Christmas held a special place in her heart, and she made it a treasured family tradition to lay out baby Jesus in February-a beautiful ritual that spoke to her deep faith and love for family traditions. Her favorite color, black, mirrored her elegant yet approachable personality.

Zenaida leaves behind her devoted husband, Moises Aceves Jr., and her three beloved children: Alejandra Aceves (Charly J. Frias), Moises Aceves II (Valeria Garza), and Esmeralda Aceves (Eliseo Lopez). She was a proud grandmother to Liliana Aceves, Moises Abraham Aceves, and Marcie Lopez, who will forever carry her legacy in their hearts. She is also survived by her sister, Georgeanna Rubio, along with numerous extended family members and friends who will deeply miss her.

Zenaida was preceded in death by her loving parents, Alberto Rodriguez and Zenaida Garcia. Her departure leaves an irreplaceable void in the lives of all who had the privilege of knowing her.

Visitation will take place at Garza Memorial Funeral Home on Monday, November 10, 2025, from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM. The following day, visitation will continue on Tuesday, November 11, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM, with a Rosary at 6:00 PM. A chapel service will be held on Wednesday, November 12, 2025, at 12:00 PM, followed by her committal at Rose Lawn Memorial Gardens.

Zenaida Rodriguez touched many lives with her kindness, laughter, and love. Her memory will live on in the hearts of her family and friends, reminding us all to celebrate life, cherish our loved ones, and find joy in the little things. Rest in peace, Zenaida. She will be deeply missed.
